Hi! My name is Jordan Moores, but everyone at home calls me Jo. I recently switched my major from medical biology to nursing at the University of New England; I’m excited to pursue this track.
My current background in healthcare consists of licensed nursing assistant and lab assistant roles, which include experience in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and urgent care settings. I am passionate about providing the best possible health care to patients and learning how to become a better healthcare worker.
I love to run, meditate, paint or draw, and read lots of books; I believe mindfulness in the work setting and at school is the key to success, and some of those hobbies help me out a little bit! I also grew up in a ski-bum family, and I enjoy spending time with my family and friends spending time outside.
